- Rating 4.0I am hot with the sheet AND the blanket on, but apparently the blanket cannot be removed because "the sheet is too sheer." So perhaps you could get some non-sheer sheets for those of us who are warm-blooded and don't like the blanket?

- Rating 1.0There was a lot of dead space during my facial meaning no products were on my face and the esthetician was touching my face nor communicating what was going on during those times. I’m guessing she was resting not sure but after extracting blackheads there was like a 5+ minute of me just sitting there no movement in room and nothing being done to my face. There also was no neck, shoulder or hand massage whatsoever which was unfortunate because I was looking forward to that part as my I felt a little tension in that area. I truly believe she thought I was new to this and she could just do whatever because my profile says I just started however I have been a member for years. I’ve had facial services at ME Orland, South Loop and other day spas and this was by far the worst. My session also ended at 12:49 vs :55 like usual and the clock in the room is fast.
