My appointment was on 9/19/23, for 60 min. I recieved a text about the absurdly available appointment with Amanda. I called and spoke to someone from the call center. They asked if I had any special areas I wanted treated. I told them my upper back and neck were very tight and wanted special treatment for those areas. He said that would not be a problem and even offered enhancements to help. When I arrived at my appointment, Amanda was 5 min late. When she asked if I had any special needs, I told her the same thing I told the call center. She said her massages don't address problem areas and are mainly relaxing massages. She applies light to medium pressure, so I said I'll go with medium pressure. She started and her pressure was very light. She asked how the pressure was and I asked for a little more pressure. She said she doesn't do any harder pressure to avoid injury to herself. She said the front desk and call center should have told me this. No one told me she only did relaxing massages or I would not have booked an appointment with her. I have recieved notifications of available opening and have seen special instructions for Samantha, she requires a masks. I don't think it's fair that we are paying lots of money for services were not happy with. You need to make sure you explain the types of massages each person does. This is the 2nd complain I've made. The first one was about a female who fell asleep during my massage. I never heard back from anyone. That was months ago. Why do you send out these types of emails wanting feed back when nothing gets done?
