I attended for Red Light treatment, and when I got there I was told the face device was not working. Would've been nice to receive a call or text prior to me arriving. Also, I mentioned it was my first time, and I was there for 24 minutes before someone finally came to tell me I needed to press the start button. Then I still had 11 minutes remaining, and someone came to tell me my time was up because the next person had arrived. I was charged for half a credit instead of full credit, but I still feel my time and my inconvenience was not fully acknowledged.
