- Rating 3.0The rates are increasing and there isn't a full 60 or 90 minute therapy session. It's usually 10-15 minutes short of the full time.
- Rating 5.0Very friendly and personable check in staff! Drew was wonderful and caring. My service was comfortable and very relaxing. Seraphina was very pleasant and professional!
- Rating 4.0It is very expensive if you are not a member, but being a member can also be challenging financially by having to pay monthly. The massage I received today was amazing. But a massage I received previously from a different therapist was disapointing.
- Rating 3.0The people are super nice, I think the process to get an appointment and the availability of an appointment is just a little more difficult. I have a really demanding job so it’s hard for me to make appointment weeks in advance, every once in a while I have time and want to make one at the last minute, that’s just not feasible with massage envy so in that respect, I will stay because I Purchased pretty much massages for the whole year. So I will just ride them out. But I don’t know that it’s really something that works for a busy person or a person with a really busy schedule.That makes me not sure if I would really recommend. But again the people are very nice.
- Rating 5.0I haven't scheduled a massage for a while and I'll occasionally get text messages to come in. I was lucky to have responded and asked if they had an appt available for deep pressure for the next day. Someone responded quickly and said they did and lucky again to have Mary Available. I know she's always booked so I felt very fortunate to get that appointment. As I was checking out, I told the person behind the counter about the text and she said she was the one that sent it out. Definitely happy to have had an appointment that day.
