- Rating 1.0Business systems are inefficient!!! Members are not prioritized (I was told in February that there was zero availability for March, which is honestly unacceptable unless my fee for March was waived prior to declining me an appointment. The phone that the front desk calls from rings back to a VOICEMAIL BOX and not the actual phones, which is extremely inefficient in terms of communication. Michelle the Assistant Manager has been great in addressing my concerns when I asked to cancel my membership. She has been great, but the systems Massage Envy provides are not good enough for the level of bookings you expect from the franchise. I'm very likely still going to cancel, because there is no reason for you to secure my money monthly if I am denied use of the membership.
