- Rating 1.0Treatment room temperature and all table linen was too cool/cold. Absolutely no warmth in table bedding at all making it uncomfortable and cold. Ceiling tiles were stained giving a poorly maintained appearance.
- Rating 1.0Some of the massage was good but for the most part it was terrible. I was more sore the day after and today then before I went in and yes I drank plenty of water. My son can’t even give me a hug without touching my back and me hurting. I think he dug way too deep. He only did one side of my body and spent most of his time on my back. It was terrible. I had a bad feeling the moment he walked in. I’m not trying to be rude but he looked like a slob. Not professional at all. I was praying it was going to be good. I was mortified to find out my husband gave him a $25 tip. I would not have done that. I’m just floored that he didn’t use his time better and give me a complete massage. It was so disappointing.
