I booked online and put in my preferences of female massage therapist, day of week and time. My email said to arrive 10 min early, which I did. I was given an iPad to fill in my information, which took approximately 4-5 min. I was then greeted by a man, who I assumed would be taking me to the room where my female therapist would be. Instead, this man, Caris was actually my masseuse. He was nice and did decent work, I wouldn't say it was a good massage. The biggest issue I have is that when I filter my preferences to include only women, I don't expect a man to be in that list of options. So now I'm faced with saying something about it, and of course not getting my massage that day because a female wouldn't be available for an unscheduled massage, or just letting this big hairy man rub me. Begrudgingly, I go ahead with it. Again, nothing stellar, but not a horrible massage, just seemed like he may have been new and not very skilled. To top it off, I paid an extra $15 for the hand/arm exfoliating. So in my mind, I have a 60 min massage and then the arm/hand deal in addition. Caris tells me our time is up, I hop up and get dressed immediately, only to find that it's 7:47, when my massage began at 7. So I paid for 60 min and an arm/hand rub, and got 47, on top of getting a large hairy man instead of a woman . Not pleased at all
