- Rating 2.5The massage lasted less than 50 minutes instead of an hour. I also felt like many areas were not properly attended to (shoulders, lower back, thighs) and there was a LOT of shifting sheets and blankets and hopping from one area to the next and back again. I said not say anything at the time because it was uncomfortable to do so. Then I was put on the spot for a tip at the register. Just not a good way to express any dissatisfaction. I have money remaining on a gift card that I will use next month. I plan to go to a different location to see if it is any different.
- Rating 2.5I’m not sure the massage therapist was the best fit. The massage felt very novice and the therapist had very heavy breathing that made it hard to relax.

- Rating 5.0I loved the friendly reception when I arrived. I also liked that there was no pressure to add or change my plan. My massage was excellent and I do plan to return. Louis listened to my needs and proceeded to give a great deep massage.

- Rating 5.0Fantastic massage by Sierra, I was extremely stressed and after my massage, I felt so much better. She gives an excellent massage and does not do a lot of talking which makes me relax more.
