- Rating 4.0My therapist was great. Front desk double booked me with another member - he was gracious enough to say that he would come back another time. The times that I have been to ME the front desk seems to be short staffed. There is typically one person checking people in and out. I don't mind waiting a reasonable of time, however; people are making future appointments and checking their calendars - it takes time and frankly after a massage I am ready to go home.
