  I have been a Massage Envy member for many years. Whether I have a massage or a facial, I always have an outstanding experience.

  I had back to back facial and massage appointments. The facial with Lauren was absolutely excellent, as it always is! The massage on the other hand with Tracy was disappointing to say the least. She was 10 minutes late for my appointment then right after we got started she had to go get a Band-Aid because she realized she had a cut on her finger during a massage, it was not a smooth transition to different parts that she was massaging, very jumpy and she talked a lot. I was very disappointed with the massage and would not recommend her to friends or family. Add recommend to Massage Envy management that maybe she go through a refresher course on how to do transitions from two different body parts and maybe ask the client at the beginning what they wanted to get out of the massage , pick up on the clients not talking back to them or responding to whatever they’re talking about because like I said I came in for a relaxing massage. She worked on one area. My IT band was giving me a little bit of trouble. It actually hurts more now than it ever has before. Also, I lost at least 20-minutes of time and this was not made up.

  So far my experience is adequate at best. I’ve had better treatment in Florida. I’m still trying to find a massage therapist that will be able to work my sore muscles and conks out in Georgia. My Massage Envy therapist had cold hands/ used maybe lotion but not oils and rubbed my body half the time over the sheet/ using the sheet… rocking me back and forth. That was a first and hopefully the last time I experience it.

  I have visited 4 times using three different massage therapists and all were slightly different. Part of being satisfied with the experience I think is knowing what makes you happy and letting the therapist know this up front. All three were enjoyable but my last session with Josh made me really happy. He listened to my preferences and his particular method of applying the right "pressure" for my size and age were very relaxing. He managed to complete the massage in all the areas I requested within my hour visit and didn't expect me to carry on a conversation with him either. Excellent relaxing session.

  Excellent front desk! Easy scheduling. Massage therapist Josh listened to my concerns and focused my session on needed areas. Excellent session!

  I have a membership and I asked her the phone before I scheduled letting them know that I was waiting on a new card to come in the mail cause I was behind on my membership payments and I want to just use one of my credits and was told I could, and then when I was checking out, told that I had to pay For all my behind stuff when I was told over the phone, I didn’t have to super stressful.

  I have never had a bad massage at Massage Envy. Therapist are skilled and knowledgable. They also take the time to find out your needs. My present therapist , Charlene is both knowledgeable and understands my needs after having both my knees replaced.
