- Rating 1.0I bought my wife a year massage for Mother’s Day a couple years ago. She didn’t use all of her massages that year so the only way to keep them is to keep the subscription going OR pay YOU additional money to freeze the account so no more massages build up. So I have to pay you additional money in order to keep what was already purchased. After a couple of years dealing with this ***** we finally froze the account and have been trying to use them. In the beginning I was able to help my wife start using her credits. Went in this last time and SORRY can’t do this anymore. I had to pay for another ***** massage when we have so many ***** credits to use. So now we are faced with only my wife getting to use these. We don’t live close by so this is not convenient at all. So now I have over a $1,000 worth of credits that I lose if we don’t keep paying y’all. That makes no ***** SENSE whatsoever!!!!! Your corporate policy is a ***** SCAM!
