My massage therapist, Lelani, was on time and asked me if I had any areas of concern before the massage began. Lelani is respectful and always wants to make sure I'm comfortable. She gives the best massages, and I'm looking forward to my next session.

- Rating 3.5I feel like I was cheated out of what I needed to be a relaxing experience. I came to my session before on time. I came before other clients who had a 5pm massage scheduled. However, I was the very last person to go back and the therapist came and took me back well after 5pm. It was 5:05pm and I was still in the waiting room talking and texting. The therapist felt as though she was rushing the entire time, I could understand anything and while it should be 80 minutes of hands on service how is it that I ended at 6:30pm after starting late? I should’ve never tipped her however I understand this is her job and I never want to take food out someone’s mouth but I paid for a service and I expect that I receive what I’ve paid for. If someone can explain how these situations are typically handled, I’d be appreciative.
