- Rating 1.5Scheduling is difficult. I get rescheduled with different service providers after trying to get a specific person (Donna). I’ve not have a bad massage but she has been the best. The most recent substitute was excellent I don’t have a specific area to blame, but others complain about the scheduling. I have not had that problem with independent providers - at much lower costs.
