I take that into consideration for a recommendation. This survey could be a lot shorter it repeatedly asked the same questions over and over.

The front desk called me back to say that I did but I did not have a call or VM. Perhaps it used the wrong number. I would also like to have more transparency with my membership so I can track my membership points. This has been a problem in Augusta. We had better admin support in the Atlanta location. This location has poor support with many cancellations, missing info when reserving procedures. Hope Augusta can improve this problem which is systemic to this area.
