    I am not comfortable recommending the Augusta location to anyone. I signed up for my membership in Morgantown, WV. I was told it would not be a problem to use my credits at any other Massage Envy. I booked a facial online for April 27th. When I arrived to my appointment I asked how many credits I had to ensure I could cover my facial and the dermaplan. I was told my membership didn't show any credits which I knew was mistaken as I hadn't used any credit's since mid February and my membership renews at the end of the month. The staff did not ask for any other means of identification to find me in the computer system. I was told they could not help me and I needed to contact the Morgantown, WV office. I went to my car and called Morgantown. I was told I had three credits and they could see them in the system. I returned to the Augusta store and the manager was frustrated that I didn't let him tell me what I did incorrectly. His tone of voice was condescending sending and I was aware the entire staff was discussing me and my situation. When the Augusta staff found my membership (something they didn't try previously) they said they found my reservation but my time would be cut short because it was already well past my starting time. At this point, I felt very vulnerable because they entire staff expressed their displeasure and exasperation with me either verbally and most definitely nonverbally. I did not feel safe putting myself in a vulnerable situation when individuals would be using chemicals and licensed procedures on my face. I was told the staff at Augusta would not be able to make any adjustments to my memberships. I was told that a manager from the Augusta Office as well as a manager from the Morgantown office would be calling me back on the afternoon of March 27th. I haven't received any information or calls. I don't want to use facial or massage services from staff who are biased towards me and have preconceived notions of my personality from their co-workers. I understand Shane is a manager so I'm sure his personality is a big part of the work environment. If you would like to discuss the poor customer service I received you can call me at 304-276-1739
