- Rating 2.0My experience wasn’t as pleasant as I liked , I booked a massage for my birthday and paid online. Then got there and paid 75 more. This would’ve been OK if the massage and the experience was worth it. Meaning that my massage wasn’t enjoyable, Muse did not target the areas in which I requested and he continue to Don’t himself with smaller things and tasks that took away from the massage to wear. He was either fixing sheets or Readjusting the pillows and he did massage me. He continue to use his forearm and elbows to target my back.
- Rating 1.5I was close to 15 min early for my massage since I was a new client. I had filled out all of the necessary paperwork before my appointment time and was taken to another room to wait. I waited there for about 20 min before a therapist asked me if I was checked in and went to investigate where my therapist was. I was then visited by the manager, who told me my therapist had an emergency and could no longer make it. This was rectified and I was able to see another therapist a few minutes later, but was told it would be 60 min, not 90 like I made an appointment for. I don’t think the detox oil I asked for was used, but I was not charged for it or the 30 minutes additional I was supposed to get. In the end, my massage started about 40 min later than scheduled.
