- Rating 2.0I have been a patron of ME since the beginning and the customer experience is really going down. First, the location has water damage and is dirty. Next I only get hot stone massage because the wet heat helps me and those pink stones don't give the same results. Lastly, I have paid for these sessions with points and when I reached the check out, now it's cash. There was no manager on-site but an assistant manager called me and said the manager said she told me the policy had changed. This is not true, she didn't tell me and I wonder how she would even remember what she said back in JULY!!

- Rating 5.0Andre gave me a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. It relaxed and relieved my sore, achy muscles. Andre always deliver the tight touch and educational information to practice moving forward, to maintain a strong and healthy body between visits and with age.
- Rating 2.5I just felt like my therapist was rushing. I had to ask him to turn the lights down and play some relaxing music. He did not work on the problem areas I asked him to focus on. I left out feeling the same way that I went in. Absolutely did not enjoy this experience
