- Rating 5.0I was called back early. My massage giver (Mike G) asked if I had any areas I wanted him to focus on and I shared that my neck was giving me problems. He then left the room and I got situated. He informed me that we were starting 8 minutes early (11:52), but that I would still get my full time (1 hour). The massage was terrible. His hands were rough, he did surface level repetitive movements rather than feeling where my muscles/knots were, and worst of all he didn't even touch my neck. He did my back/shoulders for 80% of the time and then briefly did my arms, legs, had me flip over, did my feet and then said we were done. When I looked at the clock it was 12:45, meaning I also did not get my full time. I do not get massages often, maybe twice a year, so I was really looking forward to this little splurge and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I did not feel like my massage was provided by an experienced massage therapist and will not be returning to massage envy anytime soon.
- Rating 5.0I have been very disappointed with this location's handling of a gift card. The balance is unavailable for tips, and has left me sort of with money I cannot spend. I tried to use it today for a service and the attendant used my monthly before I could even ask her to use the card balance-and then could not reverse the transaction. I am not happy. A gift card is a gift card and should be able to be used at my discretion- not yours. I will recommend that no one buys your cards.

- Rating 1.0I was booked for a 90 minute massage and only received an hour massage. Then I canceled an appointment with the snellville location and they tried to take $105 from me!!! I’ve been calling them repeatedly but they NEVER answer their phones.
- Rating 5.0Very good experience form the from desk staff- he was a treat. My service provider was very skilled and very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.
