- Rating 2.5Scheduling a firm pressure or deep tissue therapist is difficult. First, because the staff doesn't seem to know who is capable, second, because they seem to be so heavily booked. And forget the online scheduling. The workflow is a disaster (I'd be glad to sit down with an executive and demonstrate).

- Rating 1.0My therapist,Jasmine was not friendly at all. She also asked what pressure I preferred and I asked for light-medium (I chose that as well when booking my apt). Her answer was “well I’m not a light therapist so we will see how this goes”. I HAVE MULTIPLE BRUISES ON MY BODY. It was the most uncomfortable/ vulnerable I have ever felt. And to say that I payed for that feeling is terrible. I am extremely dissatisfied to say the least. I will never return, and I will tell anyone that. I left more tense than I was before I got there.
