- Rating 1.0My first massage was cancelled 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. When I rescheduled, the front desk lady was extremely rude. I was using a friends membership which she had transferred over to me. When we rescheduled, apparently they did not transfer the gifted massage. After my massage and facial, they tried to make me pay full price, and once my friend (who has the membership) and I explained the situation, the front desk lady started we were wrong but she could help us just out of courtesy. Seriously?!
- Rating 5.0I have had massages at different places but like Massage Envy better. The people that work out front are always friendly and upbeat. My massage is always good, really like Daye.
- Rating 5.0The people at the desk were hospitable. Melinda, my therapist was WONDERFUL. It's one of the best massages I've ever had. She listened to my needs in advance and followed through with addressing my areas of interest.
