- Rating 1.5This past experience I had was sadly not up to par. My appt was at 10 for a 60 min facial. I got a text saying to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and I did that however was not called back until 1015. There was no introduction and no music in the room. There was also no explanation as of products or what was being put on my face during the actual facial itself… No spa music no talking no explanations. When I was finished, I was told to meet them outside… No one was there to greet me and I had no one telling me where to go - so I was just went to Check out in order to leave. Also I looked at my ckock when I got in my car and it was 10:44. That included getting back dressed and checking out ! I honestly would like to cancel my subscription after this :(

The therapists are hit or miss, Phil my therapist recently was an exception he was knowledgeable in the muscles and certain pressure points. The only negative was that I showed up early and my massage was not for the full 60 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes off. But those are 5 minutes. The clock should start when the massage starts.
