    I gave it a 5 because there is never enough appointments. The therapists are hit or miss, Phil my therapist recently was an exception he was knowledgeable in the muscles and certain pressure points. The only negative was that I showed up early and my massage was not for the full 60 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes off. But those are 5 minutes. The clock should start when the massage starts.
