- Rating 1.0The therapist was watching TV or doing something on his phone while he was working on me. There were quite a few times where he would stop the massage and just put his hand on my back - or whatever spot his was working on. I asked if he was okay and he answered me with a distracted ‘uh, yeah..’ after a few seconds he would go back to the massage. I guess he thought I fell asleep?

- Rating 3.5asked for neck to be massaged - it wasn't. ALL concentration was on shoulders.
