- Rating 1.0I scheduled the promotion price of $75 as a surprise for my 81yo mother for her birthday. However, the morning of and upon our arrival she didn't think she'd be able to proceed with the service. The attendant informed me of the 1/2 cancellation fee. Therefore, I'm assuming $37.50. So, of course I agreed to it. Once, I received my receipt via email, it stated $77+. I called the location to obtain clarity and was explained that the total cancellation cost would be charged is not in the policy itself and it was unfortunate. Yet, I feel this was unfair to still proceed with the full charge. I, myself, might would've tried to perform it for myself had I known this.
