- Rating 2.5I've been canceled on several times - at least 3 in the last 18 months - and that means when I rebook, which might be a few weeks out, the appointment is often even more weeks out. That leads to my packages stacking up. And then I'm CHARGED to be put on freeze. And I'm not even able to be put on freeze and use the massages. Once I finally use up my remaining packages, I'll probably cancel, because Massage Envy doesn't seem to be aimed at making things right and easy for customers, only for the business.
