- Rating 5.0The only problem was the music. It was not the usual relaxing music. At one point the radio station or whatever broadcasted, "You have reached St. Elizabeth's Medical Center". Then it was like we were on hold and kept hearing advertising for cervical cancer screening and IB.
- Rating 4.5Ease of getting an appointment with new person. Favorite reduced hours then quit.
- Rating 5.0Great therapist! Clean rooms, friendly & competent desk workers!
- Rating 3.0it would have been a 9 based on Mary...this last guy was awful
- Rating 5.0Kelly is fantastic - very relaxing treatment tailored to the needs of my skin. She kept me informed of what to expect with each step of the process (tingles, smell, tightening effect, etc). I left feeling significantly more relaxed than when I arrived.
- Rating 5.0Tony is an excellent therapist. He asks me what areas need to be focused on at each appointment. He makes sure the room is comfortable before he starts. The pressure is just right.
