- Rating 1.0I've been a member for several years and have accumulated multiple credits. Saturdays massage was a 90 minute couples massage for my wife and I for her birthday. At the end of the massage, I was told that only an hour of her massage could be transferred so I would have to pay for 30 extra minutes and that there was an additional $10 fee to transfer credits to her. This policy is petty, and this policy is bad business. Here is why. Her massage did not cost your business anything. So you made approximately $33 extra on Saturday, infuriated a long time customer who will cancel this week. I'll make it up in one month with subscription savings. I will tell my friends, family, and write a google review describing how I feel about my experience.
