- Rating 0.0There is an issue/ error with my account and I was promised a call by the manager on Thursday and still not received it. It’s not the first time
- Rating 0.0The office staff is rude. False advertising and tried to add $50 to my massage. Said they could tell I was stressed over the money in a degrading way. I scheduled for a $70 appointment and was asked why I couldn’t rebook (work schedule) When I refused to sign up for membership because of price jump she lowered price to 70 only because she knew I wouldn’t tip otherwise. I will not be returning to this franchise

- Rating 2.0While she did a great job massaging my back I feel like that’s all she really did. I paid for an hour and a half and expected much more. I typically go to hand and stone and have only done an hour but in that hour I have more of my body worked on then what was done in the hour and a half I was here. Prior to starting she asked if there were any specific areas and I told her all over and also highlighted the needed areas on the tablet before hand. My neck and shoulders were hardly touched and my arms got maybe 5 minutes. Also this was my first time here and when I booked the appointment I saw the intro price was $105 which is why I did the 90 minutes but when I left I was charged the non member price of $180, that was very misleading and I wouldn’t have ever booked had I known I was going to be charged that.
