  While the massage was good, she started late and ended early, cutting my 90 minute massage by 15 minutes. Upon exiting massage the front desk associate began to attempt to discuss my personal feedback from the masseuse in front of 10 people all waiting in the very small waiting area. This felt extremely uncomfortable for me and unprofessional. I’m sure this is standard protocol so it should be revaulated at the training level. She then tried to charge me $180 for a massage that was prebooked for $105. I explained to her there was some mistake, her response was that not all locations offer an intro rate. I explained to her that I specifically booked this location at that rate so that makes no sense. She then rolled her eyes and directed me to cancel the credit card machine, to which she altered to the true rate of $105. This felt extremely slimey of a company to try to take advantage. She also pushed to sign up for membership / purchase additional things which really just is overstimulating on top of everything else above right after a massage. All of this should have been asked ahead of time, not when I’m trying to leave and relax. She also didn’t adjust the 20% back to 105 so it completely overcharged the tip. Overall it just left a car salesman-y, slimey feeling after leaving. Will not be back to another Massage Envy.

  I had an incredible experience with Marlene! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session perfectly. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Marlene is not only skilled but also kind and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch massage. I’ll definitely be back!
