I’ve had some problematic areas in my back and right shoulder and she provided important information about how the muscles impact those areas. She also knows where to work the muscles and fascia to release knots, tightness, and stiffness to facilitate noticeable pain relief and improve range of motion. Im grateful for Hannah. She’s also a bright light in this world, which the collective could use more in these times.
