- Rating 1.0All of it. I was not able to make my message appointment after I got sick with COVID and the flu. When I called to reschedule and explain the situation the staff was unwilling to work with me and charged me a 50% cancelation fee. I then made a complaint through the website customer service and was able to get se of my money back. I will not be choosing your brand again and will continue to share my experience.
