  It started off 10 minutes late, then I didn’t have the therapist that I was scheduled with. I understand the original therapist was slightly injured and I wanted deep pressure so they put me with someone who would fit that. However, I was not notified beforehand until I got there and it was a male therapist vs a female who I was originally scheduled with so I already felt uncomfortable. It started out with light pressure in which I told him I would like more pressure. He then spent more time on stretching then I notified him I would like less stretching and more massage. I had to ask him 2 more times for firmer pressure. When he left the room it was 10 minutes early. I got in the room at 11:36 and he approximately started the massage at 11:40. I checked the clock after he left and it was 12:51 - well over 10 minutes short with undressing and dressing time. I was pretty disappointed. I notified him of hip pain I was having and while he spent a decent amount of time there I had to ask to spend more time on my neck and traps.

  My therapist Yan is the best and always knows how to address my pain. She knows I like my massages with very firm pressure and she is consistent! She always asks at the beginning of the session, which areas of pain are worse this round. Depending on the allotted time, we’ll focus on certain areas of highest priority. She always has an understanding of where my painful areas are located, and with using her professional approach and understanding of anatomy, she always locates the sites and does a great job of breaking down my trigger points.

  Massage therapist (Brock) was very professional, and listened and focused on my problem areas. The ladies at the front desk were super pleasant and explained my options with membership and the other services offered. It was overall a great experience.

  Ashley is the best. She is the perfect provider if you need a good deep tissue massage. She hits spots you didn’t know hurt. Feel amazing even 2 days later. Staff is awesome there and very clean office
