  The experience at St. Johns is great It is the overall parent company that I will no longer recommend. The fact that I can not change my home location to closest to my home is ridiculous. In addition the changes to the Freeze policies for customers like myself who have been with Massage Envy for many years is unfair. I am cancelling my membership in the next couple of weeks.

  The clinic is beautiful and incredibly clean hands down the nicest clinic Ive been to in this area. My therapist was incredible and knowledgeable. He is the only reason I have decided to rebook at this clinic. Ive been a member of Massage Envy since 20172018 and have never had an issue with my credits not being honored. I received an email from my home clinic in Gulfport MS that my monthly dues would be increasing by 5mo. I booked my appointment last night online about a week before I actually went. While checking out of my session I assume it was the manager or a team lead interrupts the associate checking me out and trying to schedule my next appointments by lecturing me about how the clinic will not honor the membership rate I pay and they no longer do grandfathering of sessions and I will have to pay an additional 5 for every session but will not be charging me today because there was no note in my account. The lack of professionalism was very apparent. I had this appointment scheduled for over a week and received a phone call where I spoke with an associate to confirm. Why would I not be told of the increase before I visited the clinic but instead when Im trying to gather my thoughts after relaxing in a dark room for an hour I understand inflation I understand the cost of everything has gone up. But how the manager approached the additional fee was presented to me in a way that seemed like they didnt want me visiting the clinic because I had signed up for my membership in another state. I told her I signed up there because Im from Mississippi but I live here now. Realistically I cannot go to my home clinic to get services as its over 8 hours away from St Johns. I was so excited to finally have a clinic in a more reasonable driving distance from my home but my interaction with your manager left an ill taste in my mouth. Your front desk associate was very professional and stayed composed.

  There are some simple things that I cant do like transferring my account to a unit closer to my new house. I depend on the last unit to that and it means tons of phone calls. Why shouldnt I change my datainfo online Please improve that
