Overall, a number of things could have been better. I had an appt at 2 and I was told to come a half an hour early and was called at 1:30 to say the appt will now be at 2:30 p.m. A customer came in complaining mighty about how the place has been run down and there have been mess ups with her appts. she was not happy Chris -- Chris is technically exceptional. He was very good at providing deep pressure. Chris could do better with communication and creating more ease for a new person. Everyone there sounds like, I have to cover my ***** and ask you these questions (which is good but it could be done in a more relational approach), when he started massage he didn't ask if the pressure was ok or again just be more concerned about my experience. Again, he is great and I would go to him again but he needs to be a little bit more personable. The office had a lack of products, one of the employees came out complaining about a customer because she wanted to do a light touch but she prefers giving a deeper massage. Again, it was just professionalism there. Also, lots of complaining about hours and how often they work from a few people. Some individuals were professional. For a first time customer you would have thought they would say we have a quiet area where you can wait, etc. Overall, just a scrappy feel to the experience, felt like the level of overall feel and professioanlism could be way better. Meanwhile, I did sign up for a 12 month agreement. Jorge it seems that the individuals may be overworked and expecting a lot from them. Things could be much better in short order assuming people are paid fairly and treated as a wise investment and not a commodity. Bonnie Monroe 410-971-3147.
