- Rating 2.5Had a couples massage… I was near the heater for towels. There was a musty odor every time to door to heater was open and the towels were like warm at best.
- Rating 5.0Never disappointed in the service and care I receive. Front desk is always friendly and Seth is the best!
- Rating 1.0Savannah was rude and not personable. She was snappy with me on several occasions. She threatened to end my session twice as she told me I was breaking protocol by touching the draping- I was adjusting myself under the draping and had she explained that this was not allowed, I would have either spoken up to let her know exactly what I was doing or ask her permission prior to moving. I asked for focus on my sinus and she worked on this for 2 minutes at the most.
