- Rating 5.0Friendly staff, polite, professional. My therapist Elizabeth had a light pressure that was just perfect for my needs. Sooo relaxing!
- Rating 3.5When booking appt the lady was super informative however the areas she spoke of were not included in the massage. The massage was super light and mostly a rub down. I will need to be more direct next time. The room was freezing and so much so that the massage employee was wearing a jacket. Her hands were ice. The cream she used was cold. She kept giving an apology for the temp. Check out was horrible. I was loudly asked directly in front of other customers and my friends how much I wanted to tip. I felt put on the spot and was super uncomfortable.

- Rating 1.0It sucked. I posted a review on google Remind me not to do that again Got my first massage ever today. And it was lame. He did not kneading at all just rubbing and pushing down. I do not feel like I got what I paid for. My boyfriend could have done what he did. Plus my neck hurt the entire time from having my face in the head rest thing. And the face pad pushed down on my sinuses and stuffed up my nose. Plus he never told me when he was going to move the table and I have vertigo and told them about it. Also I said my glutes hurt and he barely touched them. I feel like the entire thing stressed me out and did not relax me at all. Wish I could get my money back or get a free service with someone else
