  The girl who gave my mother a massage barely massaged her at all. When I came out of my session (which was terrific, shout out to Jeremy!) I noticed my mother sitting in the chair in the waiting room, holding her arm. She showed me that her neck was swollen, her arms were tingling, and she could not feel them well. She told me that she told the massage therapist, and she did nothing to help resolve the pain. We checked with the front desk, but one of the ladies basically pushed us aside because she had to clock out and leave. She was not even worried about my mother's issues. The older lady behind the desk took notes and tried to call the owners with no luck. To this exact minute, no one has even tried to check on my mother. When we asked if the massage therapist, Leannedra, could massage it out, we were told that she had already left and that nobody there could help her. The therapist didn't even come to check on my mother or even bring her a drink of water like all the others do for the clients. She still has swelling in her neck and has some of the feeling back in her hands, but they still give her issues using them. I am disappointed in this business and their lack of remorse. This note is copied and will be put on every social media I can find if something isn't resolved. I paid $144 for the massage and tipped the therapist $20 before I knew the whole story.

  They were late and customer service lacked. Also was not allowed to get the add on I requested due to an allergy (valid) but they could’ve just switched my mom and Is therapists.
