- Rating 1.0When I booked online I selected the firm pressure and that was far from what I received. I also asked to focus on shoulders and neck and there was no extended focus on those areas. At times the pressure was very light and almost non existent. And to top it off I booked a 60 min session and it was barely 45min... It says on their website to get there early but 10 mins out of the session may be used to consult with the therapist ect. I was called to the room 10 mins before my start time so everything should have been on time, yet I was still done in 45 mins
