- Rating 1.5There is only 1 female. That has been the case for a very long time at this location. The female available provides light pressure. I've tried her twice now. I leave feeling like a need a massage. She is very kind and is probably a help to those who just want a relaxing touch. But, for me I need someone to workout my tension. I have so many services I need to use. It feels deflating to keep paying for this monthly.

- Rating 5.0The front desk/payment experience was not great. I was told my charge was $75 and then I gave a $12 tip on top of that, coming to $87. I handed the girl at the desk a $50 off coupon I was given that expires April 1 and a $200 gift card I was given for Christmas. The girl handed the coupon back and said she "didn't need it today" and then handed me back my gift card and said there was $87 left on it. I asked why it was so low when the total was $87 and she said she did the math wrong and charged it incorrectly. I also asked why my $50 off coupon wasn't used first and she said "oh, I guess I should have used that." I said yes, thats why I gave it to you and she said I could use it for my next appointment. I had no intention of scheduling a next appointment before it expires on April 1, as I am pregnant and cannot get a firm massage at this time. The girl was not willing to do anything for me and did not apologize, despite her mistake and admittance.
