- Rating 1.0I came in for a massage due to a tension headache. The online booking requests the reason for your visit and the intensity you prefer. The front desk requires another form filled out with additional questions regarding your massage. Then the therapist goes over your answers on the form. However I received the worst massage I’ve ever had - no “therapeutic movements” to relieve my headache, my therapist didn’t touch my head, jaw, or scalp. I expressed repeatedly the tension in my shoulders, however none of my knots were kneaded or released. The therapist was inexperienced and lacked knowledge of how to massage. He didn’t go above my knee, no glutes, knocked into things, and I left more tense than I arrived. I expressed my disappointment & frustration with the receptionist, who informed me a manager would follow up with me especially since this was the second complaint that day about this therapist, but no manager called.

- Rating 1.0I already sent a message via text and nobody attempted to contact me. Every time I send something to Waterford lakes they respond. This was the first and last time I come here. I was overcharged for a terrible massage. My daughter could not use her credits and had to pay for the massage because the receptionist didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t get a hold of a managed.
