- Rating 1.0My appointment time was pushed to a different time via text 10 minutes before I was going to leave to get there. I got there early still as told to do paperwork and then proceeded to sit until 15 minutes past my start time. Was told by the guy who got me after he apologized for running behind that it would not cut into my 60 minute massage. 45 minutes later im being told my time is up. So I lost time in my 60 minute massage that I paid for. During the massage I was asked about areas not to touch or that were sensitive and the guy still touched those areas. I wasnt give a rag to wipe off after. The guy appeared to not even want to be there. Two days later almost now since my appointment im still waiting to hear back from the manager regarding the experience. The worst experience yet.

She seemed annoyed she had to provide a service.i had requested the muscle relaxation added service and she didn't know about it until 30 minutes into my massage then hardly provided it but I was still charged the additional $30. I requested light to medium pressure but she was so rough I wanted to come up off the table. She pinched more than massaged. Worst massage I ever have received. Especially for what I paid.
