Jasmyn went out of her way to listen to my needs, regularly checked in with me throughout the massage, and helped put my body and mind at ease after an incredibly stressful couple of weeks.

- Rating 1.0I scheduled an appointment after developing some knots in my back and shoulder that caused neck pain. I'm traveling for the holidays, and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift to myself, to make the holidays with the fam more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the massage I received from Kim mostly consisted of aggressive and random rubbing. I asked her to make some adjustments and she happily obliged, but it only made the massage tolerable, not good. Even after explaining my worst pain points multiple times, I had to ask for extra attention on the worst part of my shoulder that she barely touched. She was unable to find and work out the worst knots, despite the front desk assuring me she knew trigger point. The massage wasn't relaxing or pleasant. Nor was it beneficial, from what I can tell. In fact, the entire experience has only added stress to my life.
