- Rating 2.5I would not recommend the location in Lake Nona. Something is going on there. Employees are not returning phone calls, answering phones, etc. Lack of customer services. Massage was scheduled for 12 I was called in for my massage two minutes late (12:02) At 12:50 I was back in my car, done, after I got dressed, used the bathroom, and checked out with my tip

- Rating 1.0I only received a 35 minute massage as the Massage Therapist started late and ended early. I explained this to the Front Desk Clerk and she said it is because they need to get the room ready for the next customer. I didn't think this was fair as I should have received a minimum of 50 minutes. I asked the Front Desk Clerk to have the Manager call me. I still haven't heard back. I called again for a Manager and still no response. I dont think they care. The Massage Therapist did not seem to enjoy her job either.
