  It's impossible to reach anyone when calling in for an appointment. I am put on hold and listen to music for 13minutes or 15 minutes and then am disconnected. Someone calls back and then the person puts me on hold again and then I wait and wait. I eventually signed up and went onto your website. I booked a new appointment and wanted to cancel a future appointment and was unable to do so online. So I called again and had to go through the same wait and the person who answered the phone (obviously in training) put me on hold to speak with someone else and the wait continued....... Also while having my massage there was a constant "banging" that sounded like a tree or a branch was knocking on the outside wall constantly. I learned that it was the air conditioning unit that keeps shutting off and starting again. It was very irritating and disturbing for a massage that is supposed to be totally relaxing and peaceful

  Great healing massage with James. I can tell that most of your therapist helps me with my spine and other back conditions to get in a better state of health.

  The only reason it’s not a 10 is because of the sound system. In my 3 visits I have been in 3 different rooms and all of them have sound issues. The music coming out of the system is distorted. The volume is fine but there is something wrong with the signal flow that is causing the sound to distort.

  Front desk was welcoming. A customer came in with a child screaming banging on glass jumping on the chair. The mom apparently was blocking the child out . The desk girls didn’t seem to say anything. I came in with a stuff neck and a headache and that didn’t help. My masseuse did as I instructed the only thing that was cringy was that he had either a snag nail or hard rip skin that was scraping my back. 😩

  Probably one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The Masseuse(if you want to call her that) skill was terrible. She didn’t speak English which I was told would not be a problem but it was and she was sick. Constantly blowing her nose and clearing her throat. Towards the end I couldn’t take it anymore and ended the session. I also now remember telling your staff about 6 months ago that she was not good and yet she was recommended. Unfortunately I forgot who she was. After this I immediately cancelled my membership and made my wife cancel hers. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate on massage envy’s part.
