  There is no dedicated parking at the North Miami location. I drove around for over half an hour looking for parking the other day and as you can imagine once I became late to my appointment I started getting more and more stressed out. I called them and had to leave a voicemail explaining the issue. Then they called me back maybe 10 minutes later and had no idea I had called. I told them I was STILL looking for a parking space and my blood pressure by then was through the ROOF. I asked to just cancel my appointment if they couldn’t give me the courtesy of filling in the extra time. They wouldn’t, so I told them obviously I was t coming back for the facial I had also scheduled for that afternoon. Then told them to just cancel my membership and credit me back for the massages I had pre-paid, but hadn’t yet used (which they told me was just one) and they wouldn’t do that either! When i looked online about how to cancel my membership I find that the company has actually been sued for

  Every time I go there it’s something different not consistent with massage therapist 1 is good the others bad do u even need a massage license to work there? Yesterday I left there in pain more than I had coming in I have carpal tunnel syndrome and a nerve disorder it take a professional to know what to do and how to massage my pain I don’t like the fact that every time I make a appointment the therapist changes and the ladies up front says oh this girl is good she knows how to massage like u want them afterwards I’m in pain I don’t go there to throw away money I go there for a service and unfortunately I’m not getting that the last day I was there I left and the lady up front didn’t even ask me if and when I wanted to return she just said how much u want to tip? Really I’m never going back I’m scared also I’m embarrassed on how this establishment conducted themselves on a professional level af massage therapy.

  Convenient, great service, staff is knowledgeable and kind. Space is clean and comfortable. Only problem and it has only happened the last 2 visits: The Spotify has ads and interrupts the nice soft music abruptly.
