- Rating 0.0I really came with great enthusiasm since I really needed this massage and my husband gave me a gift card for my birthday. The receptionist girl welcomed me very well and offered membership services. I said I would go into the massage and then make a decision, but unfortunately the girl who performed my service made me think she didn't read or know what I had requested, She was kind and nice but she was not good at the work she did on me. I asked for a gentle massage and for my feet not to be touched and she It only touched my feet and left a great pain in my neck. The oil had a bad smell (I had paid for orange essence) and they did not add this service either. She talked to me throughout the massage and this was supposed to be for me to relax, she interrupted the service the entire time. I really left more stressed than I came. I have never left a bad review but I have a business and I know the importance of a review that helps us improve. would recommend making sure your employees are doing the right job. and that they read the specifications that clients make when creating the appointment.
