Over the past year, I've left three messages for the manager, Alma, regarding everything from sudden membership price hikes to last-minute cancellations—and not once have I received a call back. After more than six years as a member, I’m finally canceling my membership.

- Rating 1.5While the therapist was okay, the facility was dirty and moldy. The bathroom had mold growing on the doors, the surfaces were dusty including the front desk and the walls were dirty as well. I consider this to be an intimate space where people undress and pay to be comfortable and that was not my experience. I only followed through because it was a gift card and I couldn’t take my services to another place.
