- Rating 1.0They changed the level for the worse, and a lot. Sheets were stained and smelled of oil, even though they swore they'd changed them. The masseuses were substandard. The massage was very poor, with the pressure set, just the elbows on the back, and the rest without any technique or massage. It wasn't really a massage at all. It's like I'd gone to have oil applied all over my body. I bought a package for my partner and I for his birthday, and we left super disappointed. Also, one of the therapists came with music from her iPad and played it at full volume next to me. She moved a chair back and forth incredibly loudly, giving me the massage while I sat down most of the time. They weren't very delicate about creating a relaxing atmosphere. Very noisy and inconsiderate of our time to relax. There were six people waiting in the room: two standing and four sitting. Then some children arrived and were heard from the room where we had the couples massage. The atmosphere of the place is definitely not the same. It was an experience of discomfort rather than relaxation.
