While Silvia, Marisol and Lorraine are exceptional, management at the Doral site is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with during my many years as a client. . I started my membership at the Kendall location, where management was customer oriented, as opposed to Doral’s. Last month, I made my monthly appointment for one week prior to the usual time, since I was going to be traveling. I have done that numerous times in the past by requesting that my monthly fee be charged earlier than usual. I was very surprised that during my last service, the front desk clerk insisted on charging me extra for the earlier appointment. When I objected, she told me she would talk to her manager to have the charge reversed and used my monthly fee. Since I had an appointment for a test at CVS, I left thinking that all will be ok. To my surprise, I received a call from the front desk telling me that, since my original membership was at the Kendall location, it’s my obligation to call the Kendall office to process the early charge. Had I been told that I must call myself, I would have done so while at was at the location. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she isn’t available. The guy I spoke to was very rude, and he proceeded to process the extra charge while I was on the phone with him. Finally, I had to call Ana, the Kendall’s manager, who got the extra charge reversed. Ana called me and told me that the manager in Doral was going to call me. Well, it’s been a whole week and I haven’t heard from anyone at the Doral’s location. I am requesting a cancellation of my membership. I refuse to keep going to the Doral’s location with the current management who displays such disdain for some customers.
