  This was by far the WORST massage I have ever had in over 15 years. Nilda was rude from the get-go. Like many people, she started being nice once she discovered I probably make a lot of money as a Director. She never introduced herself to me, nor gave me the courtesy of introducing myself. She did not care that she mispronounced my name. However, the worst part of it was her not listening to ANY of my needs. She was being really rough with my neck and I loudly said “OW” multiple times. I asked her to stop and use less pressure- her exact response: “you’re too tense and you need to stop and relax!” I beg your pardon? Who the heck does this woman think she is?? No one has EVER treated me so poorly and unprofessionally. I specifically asked her to focus on my lower back and hips because of the excruciating pain. She spent over 20-25 minutes on my upper and middle back. I am in so much more pain that when I came to Massage Envy. I explained my concerns to the girl in front and she apologized, then gave me a name to see someone else. Absolutely will NEVER give my business to you guys again. I always was hesitant to visit a ME location and now I know to have listened to my gut. How and why Nilda is requested so much blows my mind. People must not know better massage therapy exists out there. Waste of time, money, and resources. For someone who works at a Chiropractic office should be more cognizant of patients needs. I’ve been dealing with my bulging disc for almost 12-13 years… you’d think I know what my body needs. I’m very well versed in anatomy, neurology, and physical therapy but this lady “knows all”. I still left a small tip because I was raised better than that. If it were up to me, I would have cursed her out instead. She does not deserve the accolades given. I’ll be leaving this review all over Google and yelp. I see why you don’t receive better reviews or stars as a business

  Everyone at the spot is extremely friendly and very accommodating. It is a very pleasant experience. This is true from the front desk to the masseuse.

  The spa is always clean an every peaceful. I always look forward to get getting my massages at this location. The spa staff is warm and friendly and the therapsit are beyond amazing.

  Service from checking in to session to leaving is great. Belkis is an awesome and professional therapist who specializes in deep tissue massage.

  I used to be a member years ago and lost several hours of massages and didn’t know about lawsuit. I received gifts cards for Christmas last year and didn’t have a chance to use until the other day.one gift card had expired, how can a gift card expire when it was paid for? For that reason I will never return to Massage Envy nor would I recommend
