  Joseph is amazing! I have several issues with knees, hips and need stretching targeting exactly what I need I’m a Fitness trainer and instructor and if I am in pain I cannot work,passive stretching well done helps me tremendously

  The massage lasted really about 45 min, I was told there's 5 min before and after to get ready but the massage finished at 5.50 which gives at least 15 minutes

  When you find the right therapist or aesthetician you are golden. The last visit was a facial, the aesthetician was very gentle and gave a great experience

  I have been going to ME at Brickell Miami, FL for about 10 years, however, things are getting worse and worse. Good therapists don't last. Prices keep going up. Therapists start the massage almost 10 minutes after the starting time and finish 10 minutes before the end time. Therefore, you only get 40 minutes of a 60 minute massage. The oil smells bad. It is very unprofessional and rude to keep asking the clients in front of everyone to give 20%… the suggested 20% is based on high end spa prices. Plus it is very classless to indicate the client that 20% is expected. My last therapist was good. However, the therapist I used before, was rude and said I had implants when I don’t have any implants in my body. She touched and realized I was saying the truth. Please, decrease your prices, hire better therapists, provide them with good massage oils with better smell, do 55 minute massage when the client paid for a 60 min massage and spot asking the client in public if they want to pay the 20% of the suggested price.

  In general, am concerned about the cleanliness of the blankets and face pillows. The legacy or long term ME members like myself do not get a real benefit. I think more could be done at the corporate level to reward members that have been loyal for many many years. This past week I had a very strange experience where the therapist was wearing latex gloves. No one asked me about it. No one told me about it. I did not know until I was face down on the table. Therapist is quite talented but my issue is that it’s not the same when somebody’s wearing latex gloves, and I should’ve been given to choice and then when I brought the managers attention, he said I’m always in control Which is a nice soundbite and great PR but let’s face it once you’ve taken off your clothes and your face down on the table. What are you going to do? I would’ve asked her, but my Spanish isn’t that great and her English is not that great. I later found out that she burned her hands, which makes me question why she was even at work. Didn’t know about that. I think the answer from the manager was less than satisfactory, I would’ve liked to have heard, “yes, It makes sense that we would let a customer know in advance to make sure they are OK with it before undressing”. Not giving me a soundbite. Never ever in my life have I ever had a massage with latex gloves. And I have a lot of them. So it is not something that a customer reasonably expects. I do not fault the therapist. I hold management and the franchise owner, responsible for lack of training and lack of communication.

  I am visiting from NYC. I love to visit the Brickell Location. Always a great experience. The only reason I give an 8 is because I requested a female therapist and I was given a male therapist instead. The massage was great and I will always return to this location for services.
