- Rating 1.0The reason I’m giving you a Zero is because I was unable to attend and called to cancel my appointment. I called to make an appointment at 2pm for my boyfriend and I thinking it might make him feel better. But when I got home it told me he wouldn’t be able to make it because he was feeling worse and would need to go to urgent care. I called to cancel the appointment at around 5pm. This is when I was advised I only had a two hour window to cancel the appointment. This was not disclosed to me when I called.

- Rating 1.0I was 5 minutes late, the masseuse left the room for 10 minutes to have me undress. To a point I was yelling out "Im ready" with no response. I asked for deep tissue massage and got a light massage despite asking him to do it harder. Massage was supposed to be an hour but ended up being 30 minutes. Then front desk tried to charge $125 instead of $75 listed on the website.
