  The times I've actually received a massage there have good, but I've had issues with getting the massage at the locations in midtown and Brickell in Miami. The past few times I've made an appointment, I've been called and told that they have to cancel my appointment. This last time I made an appointment for service on October 18, I had a family emergency last minute and had to cancel. There is no cancel option on the same website that you make the appointment, which would be nice. I tried to contact the evening before, but it was after the location closed so I left a voicemail. I received a text at 9 am thanking me for my visit for my appointment at 1:30 pm the same day. I took that to mean my visit was done, and essentially my appointment was canceled. I then was charged for the service I didn't receive. Another surprise about this is that when the location noticed I was late, they didn't call or try contacting me in anyway to see if I was just late or going to miss my appointment. That seemed like a normal expectation. Not a great user experience on the app or customer service.

  The front desk staff was amazing, I am not from the area and I was lost in downtown Miami and she helped me find my way to massage envy. The massage itself was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had , and I get them regularly. Roberto was my masseuse, he was courteous, thorough, and went above and beyond during my massage, even though I was 10 mins late for my appointment. I highly recommend this location and Roberto.

  Excellent service! Jennifer was professional and thorough! She asked me pre treatment questions to ensure the best experience for me. She incorporated some stretching into the massage which other therapists do not. She checked on me often to ensure pressure was ok/I was ok and comfortable! The front desk staff are always pleasant. I do have to say that I receive texts like 3 times a day to book a massage which gets excessive.

  I requested firm pressure when making my online appointment and the massage therapist did not do firm pressure. I requested several times for her to higher the pressure and she did not acknowledge my request nor did it.

  I requested a female and I got a guy I didn't Request that nobody notified me of the changes. Nobody told me anything. I ordered two separate massages I got one for ninety minutes I don't think that's fair. I didn't get no text message phone call or anything. And my wife is very unhappy
