    The massager was extremely rough when asked to go lighter on the pressure. When finishing the massage the front staff was very persistent to the point of harassment when offering membership and packages. One explained that I was not interested. To the point where I had to emphasize can I please tip and go because I am not interested in the packages. The front desk continued to push the membership and packages which was very innapropriate and uncomfortable. I’ve been to many massage envy and never had experienced this. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.
