- Rating 0.0there are two Massage Envy's pretty close. I wen to the County Walk Envy instead of the Kendall Envy. County Walk said that it was fine they could get me right in. Kendall said they would charge me for a missed visit. I understand they are probably owned by different people but it wasn't like I missed the appointment. I will not go back to the Kendall store. I will go back to County Walk.

- Rating 3.5The Message. Generally, I have always been satified but the last one left me unfinished. I asked to work on my legs and feet due to sore and tight muscles. Shre hardly touched them. I usually have to roll over but for the first time I didn't . I felt worse when I left than when I got there. I won't judge my experinece due to this one as for the most part I have been very satisfied .

- Rating 3.5The therapist due massages for 40 minutes. They start 6:55 minutes late and they finish anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes earlier so we always lose like 10 minutes. And some Therapist females talk to much while massaging. I want to relax not socialize
- Rating 1.5Clear communication with therapist. When timing was questioned as the session ended less than 50 minutes, he could not even look me in the eye to respond. Instead he looked away, down and stated he logged it in his pad. Right before he ended the session he had “offered” to end it even sooner. Mind you, I was asked to come in earlier to accommodate his schedule and assured I would not be shorted my time. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I have a negative experience at this location since COVID and the leader is, once again, defending the poor service rather than making an attempt to provide service recovery. It’s discouraging after being a member since 2019.

HELAINE IS REALLY HELPING ME WITH MY BACK PAIN AND THAKS TO HER MY QUALITY OF LIFE HAS IMPROVED! ALSO FRONT STAFF IS ALWAYS NICE CARING AND PROFESSIONAL! THANK YOU ALL! I MIGHT BE WORRIED BUT ONCE I OPEN THE DOOR OF MY MASSAGE ENVY, ALL MY PROBLEMS ARE GONE AND MY MIND AND SPIRIT ARE AT EASE.
