- Rating 1.0This location has horrible management, no good therapist would want to be here long. The current manager is a kid with no clue or accountability.

- Rating 4.0The overall experience was good. Kati, my aesthetician ,I was happy with. Front desk was nice and informative. I've had facials in the past, not on a regular basis, but enough where I feel that the environment and experience could have been better.

- Rating 1.0Katie did some unpleasant upselling of products and would have grabbed more off the shelf if I hadn’t stopped her that I probably would not be using them to please stop. Jasmine at the register told me your total i comes to $239.11. I went in for a facial treatment that I thought I was getting at my members price but instead was charged $100 for it even though I had been a member for a month and I had asked her where I could find those products cheaply that she kept recommending. She told me she had them there and never told me what they cost.
