I have been a customer at the Jupiter FL location since it opened in 2011. Last Sunday I booked an appointment in the morning, and immediately realized I had conflicting obligations, so I called the spa to cancel immediately and no one answered. I called 3 times. There was no answer. The voicemail was full, so I sent an email. Several hours later I received an email back saying I was being charged $50 for canceling. I called and they told me no one answers the phone on Sundays until after 12 noon, and there was nothing they can do. That's the policy. I told them that was a bad way to treat a customer who has been loyal 12 years. All to no avail. I told them it costs a lot more than $50 to attract a new customer as loyal as I have been. The front desk did not seem to care at all. I informed them I would be canceling my membership if I did not get a response from management. I received no response. I visited the location in person yesterday, October 22nd, and voiced my displeasure, but once again my complaint fell on deaf ears, so I CANCELLED MY MEMBERESHIP. You need to train your personnel better!!!!
