  Not sure how long the receptionist had been working there but it seemed like she wasn’t very confident while she was on the phone with another potential customer before checking me in. After being led to the “other” waiting area, I just sat until the massage therapist showed up. My provider was ok. Really didn’t get the massage that I thought I would get. After massage was over and I got dressed, I never saw the person again so I walked out to pay. The reception didn’t even ask how my massage was just only was I going to leave a tip for the provider.

  This was my 1st massage and I was a bit nervous. May therapist was very respectful, informative, and very professional.

  Have been a member for 11 months and our account was frozen for no reason. We came in for our monthly massage and was charged the nonmember rates!! Staff did not advise us and charged $250.00 after we left the office. When I called and questioned, they advised they couldn't fix, but they would advise their manager. I have been back in person to southside, left messages for a call to address this issue, no calls returned as of today.

  There is no management on site to remedy any problems that you might have. The staff cannot give you a credit on your card if they overcharged you by mistake. No one returns calls when you leave a message. We still are waiting on a call back, it has been 2 days.

  Jason seemed bothered to be there and did not make me feel welcomed or cared for as a client. He lacked confidence and presence, struggled to make eye contact, and didn't explain any of the services I paid for. In general, he seemed inconvenienced by me. I've gone to massage envy for years and have always had the therapist outside the door with a glass of water when complete. Jason was no where to be found. He wrapped up the massage and dipped. I never saw him again afterward, he simply finished the massage, said "that's all for today" and left. I walked to the front on my own and the woman at the front desk said "ok great your total is $140, would you like to leave a tip?" No, no I wouldn't. From the bothered attitude, to the lack of attention, and Jason making it clear he was inconvenienced by huffing, puffing, sighing, and rolling his eyes during our limited interaction, not only would I not like to leave a tip, id like to never return to this location.

  I have been having several issues with me getting billed several times in a month I have called and spoken to several people at the front desk and one person told me to dispute the extra charges and when I did that they suspended my account and then I had to pay double for my next massage and when I pointed out I was a paying member the front desk woman got a attitude and told me too bad

  I was scheduled for 1 1/2 hour message and when I got there the therapist said she only had time for 1 hour. Nobody had informed me of this prior to my visit.

  On my last Massage session on Friday, 11/01/24, was not so good. My muscles in both legs have been cramping and really sore. I believe the bending back technique of both legs while lying on my stomach could be the reason. I’ve been having a lot of cramps while laying in bed. My massager 2 weeks ago didn’t perform this technique and I didn’t experience soreness or cramping in both legs. Today is Monday and I’m still feeling the discomfort in both legs.
