  So disappointed. I've been looking forward to a massage. My girls gave me the gift of relaxation and this was not that. I booked an additional service of foot exfoliation and did not know that this wasn't additional time, because it was additional cost, but meant other parts of the massage was lessened to give time for this service. What was massaged was abbreviated and the entire font of my body wasn't touched. It's a sugar scrub and that's it. I wasn't even taken back until 7 minutes after my appointment started and time to undress and the service started at 15 after and ended at 5 till. My daughters bought me a 60 minute massage. When you are anticipating something this much and it's that bad it just deflating. The front desk was so uncomfortable. I just want to cry. Later that day I called and spoke to the manager and it turns out the front desk person that was not helpful and kept apologizing to me was the office manager. I was shocked. She in no way tried to mitigate or resolve the issue at check out. She witnessed me going back late, coming out early alone, I wasn’t even escorted to the desk with water by my therapist and I had shared my experience with her. She asked me why I didn’t stop the massage if I was so unhappy and I was honest, I had no idea it was ending until the therapist said thank you and exited the room. I knew I hadn’t been in there long, there was no reason until then to think it was over, the entire front of my body hadn’t been massaged. The therapist walked out of the room and went home! She had advised a few times during our small talk that I was her last massage. To conclude, Nicole offered me to come back and pay for another massage and advised that she was sick and forced to work that day.

  I like to leave gratuities prior to service. Very Uncomfortable to do this when your service provider is socializing at front desk. I had resigned my membership and was using my last 2 sessions for an oxygen facial. My service provider had a great a technique. She did no remove my eye makeup, my under eye makeup up or lipstick. None of it. My oxygen facial which cost me 2 sessions or $150 members price. She took me in at 530 for consultation, back at 535 for service and ended session at 617. When I went out front to ask them about being shorted time there was no one at front even after I waited 5 minutes. Don’t waste your $$ and time at ME -hand and stone will take your $$ and give you better service.

  Tatiana gave me an excellent BACK FACIAL. It was relaxing and she gave me a arm massage during the MASK pause. Amazing , thank you

  Sarah is absolutely the best. She has an incredible technique and my muscles always feel so much better. My dilemma is that she only works two days a week and is always booked far in advance 🥲

  I've been going to ME for some years now. The staff are excellent, very sweet, professional. Sometimes get the feeling the massage therapists are getting burned out. It's obvious to me there is almost zero time between appointments. I feel like I had better hurry up and get dressed so the next person can come in. It's hard to understand how the massage therapists do it, honestly, as they very kind and gentle and nothing wrong that they do for sure. THE REASON FOR MY DECISION TO END MY MEMBERSHIP IS DUE TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE GREEDINESS OF THE CORPORATE PEOPLE MAKING DECISIONS. THE LAST STRAW WAS ME BYUYING SOME PCA PRODUCTS AND FINDING THEY WERE 25% LESS ON AMAZON. YES, SURE, IT'S FINE IF AMAZON SEELS FOR LESS. LIKE 10% LESS. BUT NOT 25% LESS. THAT'S TOO MUCH. I EXPECT THEY WILL BE IN LINE WITH THE MARKET. IT RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY FOR THE LAST TIME
