- Rating 3.5I have been a member for about 14 years now. There are times that I accumulate a lot of unused massages. I wish there was an option to freeze the account while still being able to utilize unused massages. I currently have 45 unused. I have transferred over to other and etc. Please reconsider the option to freeze and catch up on use. Even if it's just for a few months at a time. This would help tremendously.

- Rating 2.0I have not been coming lately because I could not find a therapist that I like, so I was trying to find therapist elsewhere . The therapist I had this time, Kensson I think his name was, I had before and he did not do a good job and I stated that when I left, but I wanted a massage on this particular day and when she told me the name, I did not catch it until I arrived and saw who it was, but instead of being rude, I decided to give him another try. Worse decision I made. I am not sure if he have some kind of disorder or just sorry. He touch like he don’t want to and stop in the middle of massage constantly. Like he felt asleep. It was so bad I wanted to say just stop, I can go home and let my baby niece do better than this.. Just terrible.

When I asked about the price diff I was told the $95 price is only for non-members who haven’t been to the location before. This is a communication that should’ve happened BEFORE the service. Feels like switch and bait. I’ll be making a formal BBB complaint.
