- Rating 1.0I paid for a 90 minute massage. My massage wasn’t even 79 minutes. I understand time for changing but 20 minutes is unacceptable. I was also in the first room right by the front desk and heard laughing and talking the entire time. It was not a relaxing massage. When I mentioned this when checking out the front desk attendant said, “you should’ve requested a different room”. I did not feel valued or cared for and really sad that I was robbed of 20 minutes of my massage.
- Rating 3.5When I wanted to tip my therapist, the front desk girl put into the Tippy machine the full cost, non-member fee for the service, very quickly, so it wasn't really visible, but I saw it, so when the percentages showed up, they were much higher compared to what I was expecting, which was frustrating when I realized what happened. Then I got flustered and forgot that I did get a 90 minute massage, and not a 60 minute massage, so I actually ended up tipping less than I would have for a member cost for a 90 minute massage. I just think it's deceptive to not put the actual paid price for the massage, which can be tricky for people who aren't good at math or really paying attention.

- Rating 5.0I came in riddled with muscle knots from the incredible amount of stress from multiple serious life changes going on at he same time and Jackie was exceptional. I didn’t think she’d be strong enough to get the knots out that were beginning to cause de serious neck pain and keeping me stiff but she’s super strong. Second appt is made to get the rest out! She was also able to fit other problem areas taken care of which was a plus. Very relaxing. Looking forward to my next appt.
