- Rating 0.0It was my first time at this location i’ve been to the location in hollywood plenty of times they’re amazing! this location started off rocky when i arrived i wasn’t offered anything to drink or shown where the restrooms or seating area was and that was odd to me i was out on my own trying to figure out where the restrooms were another guest had to show me the way thank god for him. The gentleman doing my massage was insanely rough he was a sweetheart but his hands were so dry it felt like sand paper was being rubbed all over me i wanted a light massage i’m very sensitive just something simple to heal up the long week of work and menstrual pains i was having he was the total opposite i was really mad they booked me with him every time i told him something hurt me he would reply with wow you’re too sensitive and would go in with more force i asked him to please not massage my head or face and that’s one of the first things he did….. and i asked for my glutes to please not be touched either hence i’m on my cycle and they were still massaged very hard i actually left this place and got a massage right afterwards because of the pain i was in after this visit i had my partner cancel his membership with you guys. It all started with the young lady at the front desk not asking me my preferences nor giving me the ipad to customize my experience i wasn’t even offered enhancement i usually do lavender but i’m not one to up sell myself. the experience was disgusting reliving it makes me so fustrated worse 120$ spent in my life thanks massage envy pleqsw do research on all your employees at this facility because they really tarnished my experience

- Rating 5.0I am very happy I have massage envy a chance. The location that I opened my contract on, left me with a very sour taste towards the staff and the management. I ended up going to another location and I am very happy that I was able to choose another location. All of the staff at the Fort Lauderdale location are so kind and pleasant to deal with. The massage therapists are all very skilled as well.
