- Rating 5.0Carlos is the sole reason. He is the best! He has a gift! Your team at this location is amazing. I have been to Massage Envy locations in other areas and they don’t hold a candle to this one.

Any areas of concern were addressed in my massage and I already send my friends and family to massage envy. The gift cards are great for occasions as well.

- Rating 1.5Worst massage ever. Carlos was told that he should stay away from my knees and kidney areas and do a medium massage. As soon as he started he leaned into my right kidney with both arms and full weight ! Told him to stop immediately and once again explained not to do that. He avoided the area for about 5 minutes and then once again went at it. Had to stop him again. Had to warn him 6 times over the 45 min massage that he was either too hard or leaning into my knees or kidneys. Horrible experience.
