I changed the time of my service over the phone. When I got there, the front desk person told me that I was being charged for cancelling the same day. When I explained that I didn't cancel, I simply changed the time, she got very rude and just kept saying that that was the policy. I explained that the person I talked to on the phone didn't tell me that there was going to be any cancellation fee for this, or I would not have changed the time. She became progressively more defensive. She finally agreed to waive the fee but stated that she was "documenting all of this in my chart so I couldn't pull this again." I will never return and am actively pushing other people not to go there.
