- Rating 1.0I changed the time of my service over the phone. When I got there, the front desk person told me that I was being charged for cancelling the same day. When I explained that I didn't cancel, I simply changed the time, she got very rude and just kept saying that that was the policy. I explained that the person I talked to on the phone didn't tell me that there was going to be any cancellation fee for this, or I would not have changed the time. She became progressively more defensive. She finally agreed to waive the fee but stated that she was "documenting all of this in my chart so I couldn't pull this again." I will never return and am actively pushing other people not to go there.

- Rating 4.5I have been a member for a long time and in different places I have lived. It has worked well for me and my schedule. Always friendly staff and clean environment. I do not like the fact that if you sign up at one location and move to another part of town that has a higher member fee, you have to pay the upcharge to go to the closer place.

- Rating 2.0I was told to get there early to fill out new client information and they were late opening door. I sat in my truck for 15 minutes. Started my massage after 10 and it ended at 1050. Thought it was an hour massage. And the massage was suppose to be deep tissue. It was very light. Like I could barely feel anything. Very very nice massage therapist as very professional just she should not be a therapy for someone who wants deep. The staff was very friendly though. Just a bunch of young girls working. I think for the prices you charge… the experience should be better. Also the AC was set very low. I was freezing whole time. I mentioned that as I paid for the massage. I advised the room to be more cozy. Muscles need to be warm when you get massaged. Blow flow is better.
