- Rating 3.5The facial was great however I wasn’t called back until 425. My appointment was from 415. Facial didn’t start until after 4:30 ended sharply at 5:15 so it ended up being a 45 minute session not a 60 minute session. I have mentioned to the girl at the front desk at 4:20 we were getting a late start. She assured me that it would still be a 60 minute session. It wasn’t that’s the only thing that I wasn’t pleased with everything else. Meant my expectations when I paid for a 60 minute facial.
- Rating 2.5The front desk staff forgot to electronically sign me in so my massage was 10 minutes late. After complaining and asking for a credit or refund or extended time- i was told there was nothing they could do “I’m so sorry. Human error.” Then, the table i was on did not have heat and i was freezing. The staff member said “i knew it hasn’t worked in three days but didn’t tell anyone” This is unacceptable.

- Rating 5.0Sandy Sandy Sandy. I've been coming to Massage Envy since at least 2010 and maybe 2009 and have had Sandy's amazing facials for all that time. She is outstanding and is one of the main reasons that I've maintained my membership.
- Rating 4.5I had back and neck pain and the therapist resolved the problem and applied Bio-Freeze and I walked out pain free!! Bought a gift card too!!!
