- Rating 3.0this is my general view - its a good service but very inconsistent, often getting calls that requested masseuses and masseurs are no longer available, often waiting an extra 5min+ for them to enter but always ending on time, policies that restrict gifting and especially for customers like us who supported you all through COVID by keeping the membership fees going and therefore having a large bank.

Unfortunately the checkout experience was not. I had booked a 60min facial with intent to use my complimentary 60min gift card. I booked the facial online. When I checked out they first didn’t see what kind of card it was and told me I only had $30. I had to point out the card was for a complimentary service. Then told me the facial I had chosen was 2 hour microderm session and the gift card only covered half. My session was only 60min not 2hours. I will have not booked that treatment if I knew the card would not cover. Your website was not clear. He kept insisting that I pay for membership when he could see I was not happy that I had to pay a balance on a treatment that was not clear what was covered. Your website is not clear. I suggest that at check in you ask about payment because then people know what they are getting into. It’s truly unfortunate. I came in thinking I was going to pamper myself with a nice facial and came out disappointed having to pay $180. On top of this I was going to buy 2 gift cards for my friends. But with the experience of feeling like I was being scammed I walked out. Truly disappointed,
