- Rating 4.0Out of all of the massage therapists I’ve had at Massage Envy there is only one who is suitable for what I need in regard to technique and pressure. I was informed the last massage therapist would be able to perform a deep tissue massage. That was however not the case. She informed me at the time of the appointment (too late to cancel or request someone else) that it was her first day back from surgery and she would use as much pressure as she could. I wouldn’t even have considered it firm pressure and didn’t feel any relief after my visit. Honestly, it was a waste of my time and money. The therapist I prefer is always booked a month or more out and it’s hard to get an appointment with him unless they are rescheduled way in advance. I will continue to go to Marc B. However will only see another therapist if I am unable to get an appointment with him and am in extreme pain.
