- Rating 1.0After charging the monthly fee even through all of Covid, I am not allowed to use the credits for enhancements and want to change me extra money for that and will not let me use the equivalent of one of my many credit hours. Everything is now an extra charge. They even use unscented oils so you have to pay $30 for scented oil.
- Rating 1.0Unfortunately, I was having mechanical issues with my car which made driving it unsafe. I was leaving messages from 8 AM on in a panic explaining that I was not able to make my massage due to the issue with my car. At 9:20 I received a call from the manager asking if I would be attending the appointment. I explained my situation and she was very quick to say this will go against your membership and you will lose a credit. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my husband purchased the membership for my birthday, which I thought was a fantastic present into a horrific one.

- Rating 5.0The greeting staff are warm and inviting. Yesil and Paul are true professionals they listen to you and apply the therapy were you need it most. They truly Love their vocation, it shows.
