The whole experience was a fiasco. We had to fill out a questionnaire to start that obviously no one looked at, because I put on it that I had problems with my neck and shoulders. When the massage happened I had to tell the massage person no less than 6 times to stay away from the swelling on my neck area, the last time was so severe, I started to leave. this constant punishment left me sore for the next 3 days. Also areas that were outlined on the tablet, such as face and feet, were never addressed. Now let me talk about another problem. When the technicians entered the room I made the comment about my wife giving me a happy ending before we got started, but that wasn't happening. Now granted in a misguided mind this could be taken wrong, but the female that worked on me called me a joker on the way into the room because of the many jokes I told before hand. Now I was told that was offensive and I told them it was a joke to my wife. Common sense would say that if this was what I was trying for, I would not have come to a couples massage with my WIFE. Yes, thtat's right this was at a couples massage with my wife for our anniversary. We were pretty embarrassed by this but, it got worse when the manager called me out like a child at school. She told me this was unacceptable behavior from an incident that she wasn't even a party to. Now I was really embarrassed and upset and my wife was mortified. I should have realized the professionalism of this person when we noticed the tattoos running down her arm. This is unprofessional. Your establishment was suggested by some friends and when told about the experience, they were appalled. We are members of several organizations and intend to tell all we meet about our outing. In the future my suggestion would be to hire more competent help. These people should not work in a service work place. As my friends said " our money comes hard and spending it for extras should be a pleasure not not painful physically and mentally".
